BMW Cradle (Handyhalterung und Navi)

Hello,

With my previous bike R1200GS LC 2017 without TFT, I used the cradle BMW ConnectidedRide.
Of course I had the possibility to zoom my map with "magic whell".
I tried this cradle with my R1250RT 2019 and unfortunatly if I find all informations about my bike, impossible to use the "magic whell"
I tried with "menu" button without success. 
If somebody know a solution

in the TFT display must then change to NAV

However, I do have the information on the bike. So the Can-Bus communication is operational
I don't undersatnd why and top of that this cradle run perfectly with my R1200GS LC without TFT.

Can you please take a picture of the cockpit? I would be interested in what buttons it has

when i talked about my non TFT dashboard i was thinking latest 10P version

I have the kit GPS and if I remember it seem me that I tried to use the menu GPS => zoom + and zoom - without success. I will retry after some week because now I am far to my bike.

Indeed inside website BMW for this cradle we find a compatibility for all generations of R1250RT.

I will communicated later after some other tasks
